During your consultation, we assess your skin type, concerns, and goals to recommend the treatment best suited for your needs. Whether your focus is hydration, hyperpigmentation, anti-aging, acne care, or relaxation, we'll create a personalized treatment plan.

Do you offer concierge or mobile facial services?

Yes. We offer luxury concierge facial services in select areas including Katy, Richmond, Aliana, Houston, and surrounding communities. Travel fees may apply based on location.

Do you offer spa memberships?

Yes. Our Wellness Memberships provide exclusive savings, monthly treatments, member-only perks, and priority booking for clients committed to maintaining healthy, radiant skin year-round.

What is the VCare System?

The VCare System is our intimate wellness collection designed for external feminine care. The collection supports hydration, comfort, odor control, pH-friendly care, and skin appearance during all stages of womanhood.

Are VCare products safe during menopause?

Yes. VCare products were developed with hormonal changes in mind and are especially beneficial for women experiencing menopause-related dryness, discomfort, and skin sensitivity.

Can VCare products be used postpartum? 

Many clients use VCare products as part of their postpartum self-care routine. However, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before introducing any new products after childbirth.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping times vary based on carrier, destination, and seasonal demand.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare, hair care, and intimate wellness products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll be happy to assist with a resolution.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Modern ScentOlogy Digital Gift Cards are available and make the perfect gift for birthdays, holidays, special occasions, or anyone who deserves a little self-care. Gift cards are delivered electronically and can be used toward products, spa services, and memberships.

Can gift cards be used for spa services?

Yes. Modern ScentOlogy Gift Cards may be redeemed toward eligible products, facial treatments, memberships, and wellness services unless otherwise specified. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
