All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Because our products are crafted in small batches to maintain freshness and quality, processing times may extend slightly during product launches, promotions, or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us:
• The customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
• We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.

• Carrier delays
• Lost packages once marked delivered
• Stolen packages after confirmed delivery
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist with documentation when possible.
