• Avoid excessive sun exposure, waxing, or aggressive exfoliation 3–5 days before treatment.

• Arrive with clean skin whenever possible.

• Inform us of any allergies, medications, recent procedures, pregnancy, or health concerns that may affect treatment.

Booking & Policies

A valid payment method may be required to reserve your appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments.

Concierge services are available in select service areas, including Katy, Richmond, Aliana, Houston, River Oaks, Memorial, and surrounding communities. Travel fees may apply based on location.
